Description
Individuals and families experiencing homelessness successfully reintegrate into the community after living in a transitional housing setting. Each house is prepared with the basics and life-long skills are either taught or refreshed while medical, dental, mental health and educational assistance are given. Transitional Houses ensure long-term success for families who have suffered through emergencies or fallen on hard times.
